These terms apply to the private social media publishing tool operated by Bird&Baby Films LLC ("we") and to this website.

Who can use the tool

The tool is for the internal use of Bird&Baby Films LLC and the people we authorize. It publishes only to accounts that we own or manage. It is not available to the public, and no one else may access it or try to access it.

Platform rules

We use the tool in line with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including Instagram and TikTok. Those platforms are operated by other companies, and we are not responsible for their services.

Content

We are responsible for the content we publish through the tool. Content remains the property of its owners, and we use third-party material only as its license or owner permits.

No warranty

This website and the tool are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bird&Baby Films LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this website or the tool.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
