Privacy Policy

Bird&Baby Films LLC ("we") operates a private social media publishing tool. The tool is used only by our company to prepare and publish content to social media accounts that we own or manage. It is not offered to the public, and no one can sign up for it.

Information we handle

When we connect one of our own Instagram or TikTok accounts, we receive the account's identifier, basic profile details such as its username, and access tokens that allow the tool to publish on that account's behalf. We also store the captions, images and videos that we prepare for publishing.

The tool does not collect information from the public, and it does not use cookies or advertising trackers on this site. Our web server may keep routine technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and maintenance.

How we use it

We use this information only to connect our accounts, publish content we have approved, and show the results in our tool. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Sharing

Content we choose to publish is sent to the platform we are publishing to, such as Instagram or TikTok, and is handled under that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We use service providers for hosting and encrypted backups. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Storage and retention

Access tokens are stored on our secured server and are not published. Images and videos are made available at temporary links only for as long as a platform needs to retrieve them. We keep other data for as long as we need it for our business. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 90 days.

Disconnecting and deletion

Connected accounts can be disconnected at any time through the platform's settings. To ask us to delete information related to an account connected to this tool, email t@birdandbaby.com. We will delete it, except anything we are required to keep by law.

Children

This tool is not directed to children and is not used to collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
